Quick fried rice-ish vibe meal: cooked quinoa, a few handfuls of vegetables (here I used kale, snap peas, and bell pepper), a splash of sesame oil, two eggs, salt and pepper. Sauté until crispy on the bottom and the eggs are just cooked through.
