Breakfast in bed can doesn't have to be eggy or syrupy... It can also be yesterday's #mightysalad! This one, a mess of French lentils, grated carrots, and broiled broccoli slivers, was tossed in a smoky tahini dressing (garlic, smoked paprika, sherry vinegar, a roasted red pepper, tahini, and friends, spun through the blender) before hanging out in the fridge all night. Sure, you could soft boil an egg to go on top—but our Design and Home Editor Amanda says an extra handful of feta was even easier.
