Cook your favorite kind of rice, I used brown. Chop as much garlic, onion, carrots and broccoli as you'd like. Break apart firm tofu with your hands until it resembles large crumbles or chunks. Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok, then add your veggies. After the veggies start to brown and soften add your tofu crumbles with a bit of turmeric for color and taste. Add your cooked rice and mix. Add in salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
