Everyone has a risotto recipe so feel free to use that with the tweak of sautéing some pancetta first and taking it out once browned, leaving the tasty fat. Start your risotto with the pancetta grease and when you're about one scoop of broth away from finishing, toss in some frozen peas and the browned pancetta.
