Parsnip and snow pea gnocchi with garlic sourdough

Either buy ready made gnocchi or make your own (potato, flour and egg) and parboil. In olive oil, soften chopped garlic and rosemary before adding ribbons of parsnip and finely sliced snow peas. Add gnocchi plus a little of the cooking and toss. Grate in Parmesan as desired and season to taste.

Take half a loaf of sourdough and make slices most of the way through the bread. Fill slices with garlic, rosemary, olive oil and Parmesan. Bake uncovered in a medium high oven for 10-15 mins.
