Chop the stems of a bunch of rainbow chard. Combine this with a small red onion sliced into half moons. Sauté both in a glug of olive oil until soft. Roughly chop the remaining chard leaves. Add these to the pan and sauté until tender. To finish, add a tablespoon of white balsamic and some salt. Swirl Greek yoghurt through the chard, drizzle with cold pressed olive oil.
