Wash turkey, putting the neck & giblets in a sauce pot. Oil the bird rub it in then season with onion powder, celery salt, poultry seasoning getting some in the cavity as well, salt & pepper. Inside the cavity I poured about a cup of white wine and placed a stick of butter. Then some rough chopped celery & onion. Wrapped in foil, oven at 325 until reaches at least 165f.
