-bake salmon 450C for 12 min
-rehydrate seaweed in cold water, drain, toss w/ soy sauce and mirin
-slice avocado
-pickle cucumber-slice thin-soak in rice vinegar, sugar, salt, water for 30 min
-sprouts- boil 2 min-soak in fish sauce, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, toasted sesame seeds
-siracha mayo
-sushi rice
