Marinate cauliflower in yogurt, fresh grated ginger, tandoori spice, lemon juice and salt for a few hours, then char it on the Big Green Egg. The yogurt marinade both flavors the cauliflower and tenderizes it, and promotes a nice char. To serve, toss with lots of cilantro, quick-pickled red onion, and more lemon juice. #notcontest
