Melt some unsalted butter over medium high heat and add sliced mushrooms and a bit of salt. Cook until mushrooms are browned and have soaked up the butter. Add a scoop of full fat Greek yogurt and a dollop of white miso. Stir until mushrooms are coated with miso yogurt mixture. Serve with fried eggs. #notcontest #dinner
