Stir fry 3 cups of cooked, cold jasmine rice in a pan with chopped garlic and a few tablespoons of sesame oil. Add in 8 oz of fresh, sliced, sautéed mushrooms that have been seasoned to taste. After thoroughly combined, add in chopped green onions to taste and stir until combined. Drizzle with additional sesame oil and mix well.
