Roasted Rhubarb -- Cut rhubarb into bite-sized pieces, toss in 1/2 cup sugar per pound (more if you prefer your rhubarb more sweet than tart), zest from 1 lemon, and roast at 350F until tender. Stir into yogurt, serve over ice cream... or just eat it with a spoon. #spring
