Herb bulgur salad with halloumi cheese and sundried tomatos
Bulgur
Vegetable broth
Olive oil
Sundried tomatos + a bit of the oil
Chickpeas
Parsley
Garlic
Grated lemon zest and lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Romain lettuce
Halloumi cheese and
Avocado
Cook the bulgur in water with the broth. Chop parsley, salad and tomatos, rinse the chicpeas. Cut the avocado and halloumi into cubes, mix it all in a bowl, season to tast and enjoy
