Meatballs for dinner - based on Jenny Rosenstrach's Great-Grandma Turano's meatballs.

Making them tasty: pork + beef, Parmesan, basil and parsley.
Making them tender: breadcrumbs, and a big splash of water (h/t @food52 Genius recipes).
Making them stay together: salt and mixing (makes the meat proteins sticky) plus eggs.
