Crispy matcha granola
3/4 cup quinoa popped
1/3 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 cup buckwheat (mine was sprouted & dehydrated)
1/2 cup rye oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup nuts and seeds (sunflower, pumpkinseeds, raw unsalted peanuts)
2 servings (2 tbsp) matcha @yourtea
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp grape seed oil
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 pinches sea salt
Heat the oven on 120°C/250°F
Mix all dry ingredients
Mash the banana until soft
Mix together dry and wet ingredients and press firmly on a lined baking tray (I use a silicon mat with a rim)
Baking time up to 30 min, depends on your oven
Turn the mixture every 10 min to bake evenly and prevent from burning. To be continued...

Add ins:
Optional
1/2 coconut flakes (add in the oven for the last 10 min)
Other add ins (wait until completely cooled down):
1-2 tbsp matcha (to add more matcha flavor and color)
and/or
1/2 cup cacao nibs
and/or
1/2 cup green dried raisins
and/or
1/4 cup candied ginger minced (low sugar)
