Ramp with Three Cheese and Truffle Pizza
Make or choose your favorite crust (here I used a gf crust by Against The Grain). Layer dough with fresh mozzerella, A fontina style goat cheese (I like Dorset from Consider Bardwell Farm) and aged Parmesan. Coat ramp leaves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on top of cheese and bake at 425F preferably on a pizza stone or baking steel until cheese is bubbly and crust begins to turn golden brown at edges. Drizzle with truffle oil and EAT!
