Peppered bacon with egg whites, tomato, avocado, sea salt and jalapeño hot sauce.
Cool peppered bacon in a skillet on low until desired crispiness. Once complete, take out of pan and rest on a paper towel. Mix egg whites with some sea salt and pepper and pour into the pan with the left over bacon oil. Scramble the egg whites and add one tomato. While that's cooking cut one avocado and use half of it to plate. Place the scrambled eggs on top and bacon on the side! #notcontest #bacon #eggs #tomato
