I onion chopped and sautéed with 1 garlic clove, 2 tsp. Cumin, 1tsp. Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Clove. Next add one can of black beans and 1 can fire roasted chopped tomatoes. Simmer with 2tbs. Butter until all flavors come together. Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes - to finish- top with chopped avacado, radish, scallion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime- makes a good lunch or dinner. #lunch ,#dinner ,#healthyanddelicious
