A certain hamburger-loving glove might release a better mixtape than me but I guarantee my cheesy hamburger skillet tastes better than anything that comes in a box (probably won't leave you with that processed food feeling either). Start by browning a pound or so of ground meat, then add a sliced bell pepper, a mountain of pressed garlic, and some sliced onions. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder if you want. Add 5 cups of liquid-I used passata, jarred salsa, and water. You should use about two cups of tomato sauce/passata but the rest is up to you. Add a pound of macaroni or other short pasta and simmer until tender, 8-10 minutes. In the last few minutes throw in some frozen corn if you want. Taste, season again, and top with lots and lots of cheddar cheese + whatever else you have in your fridge (mozzarella, Monterey, and whatever) garnish with green onions!
