Swiss chard lasagna, about to be baked. Wilted chopped chard, chard stems, and garlic in olive oil. Made a loose bechamel. Buttered a casserole dish then began layering bechamel, uncooked lasagna noodles, chard, and lumps of ricotta. Three layers, then topped with grated Parmesan and coarsely ground pepper. Baked at 350 for 25 min, then broiled it briefly to brown. #pasta
