Want to make baklava but out of filo dough? Try filling Vietnamese rice paper (once softened in water) with your nut mixture and roll it into little coils. Once baked, douse your rice paper in sugar or honey syrup and enjoy alongside some strong and bitter coffee. Best eaten warm when the rice paper baklava is nice and crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
