Shrimp Cocktail Salad Plate
Quick to make using pre-cooked shrimp. To plate up, arrange watercress, dressed in vinaigrette, in the center of the plate. Put small dish of cocktail sauce in the middle. Place shrimp around the dish. Scatter diced mango over all.
