Spicy hot chocolate!
Milk (I used almond)
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Dash of sea salt
Sweetener of choice (I usually use agave or honey)
Heat milk in a small saucepan. Whisk in a couple tablespoons of cocoa powder, depending on how chocolatey you want it. Add sweetener to taste. Throw in a dash of sea salt and a couple shakes of cayenne, and whisk until no lumps remain.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Tip: keep a light hand with the cayenne--just a little bit will clear your sinuses!
