Fry spaghetti in butter until crisp, add fire roasted tomato butter sauce (or pasta sauce), cumin & smoked paprika until hot. Crack in eggs. Broil until egg whites are set with runny yolks. Sprinkle with parm & goat cheese, season & serve.

Whoa that's some kinda yum. I think I can use your formula and add some baby kale that's been lounging too long in my crisper. Care to expand on that tasty, teasing phrase "roasted tomato butter"....hmmm? Lol.

Sure! It's Marcella Hazan's tomato butter sauce but I used fire roasted tomatoes, sliced the onions and left them in. Literally it's butter (1/2c!) , 1 onion, 3.5 c tomatoes, s&p. Divine.
