Fry spaghetti in butter until crisp, add fire roasted tomato butter sauce (or pasta sauce), cumin & smoked paprika until hot. Crack in eggs. Broil until egg whites are set with runny yolks. Sprinkle with parm & goat cheese, season & serve.

Whoa that's some kinda yum. I think I can use your formula and add some baby kale that's been lounging too long in my crisper. Care to expand on that tasty, teasing phrase "roasted tomato butter"....hmmm? Lol.
