Overnight Mango Coconut Chia see pudding:
In a mason jar, combine 6 tbs chia seeds, 2 cups milk of your choice, 3 tbsp shredded coconut, 1 mango diced, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbs maple syrup.
Stir and leave in the fridge overnight.

You can also add some oats and some almond butter if you are in the mood.
