Make a sesame sauce with tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame seeds, garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Whisk in a little bit of water for consistency's sake. Use on everything, or make a quick soba noodle salad with soba noodles, baby kale, julienned carrots, cucumbers and radishes, and thin slices of fried egg. Top with more sesame seeds and cilantro, and eat outside!
