Asparagus and new potatoes, Indian-style. Start by boiling new potatoes. Meanwhile, sauté asparagus in skillet, remove from pan - then fry thinly sliced onion and remove it as well. In the same skillet, fry cumin seed, fennel seed, and black mustard seed in veg oil, then brown the potatoes until they're lightly golden. Stir in the asparagus and onions, and season with garam masala and lemon juice. Shower with lots of cilantro and mint right before serving. #asparagus #springproduce
