Heat coconut oil in a large stock pot. Add as much popcorn as you'd love to devour (just don't let your eyes be bigger than your pot!) and cover. Whilst the popping commences, zest and juice a large lime. If your limes are small, use two. When the popcorn has finished popping, toss with more coconut oil, lime zest & juice, salt and very generous amounts of freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy. Thoroughly.
