Boil some lo mein noodles first. Next heat a wok with some Thai wok oil and add the chicken and let brown. Then add in the peas, baby bok choy, baby corn, mushrooms, basil, and parsley. Stir it up and then add the curry powder, cayenne, and sriracha sauce. When the chicken is cooked and all is coated, add the cooked noodles and toss.
