How do you microwave poach an egg?

Crack an egg into a largemicrowaveable cup or glass half full with cool water. Stir the water around the egg to make the whites come together around yoke. Microwave at full power, uncovered for 55-60 seconds. Timing depends on your microwave, the volume of your vessel and the size of the egg. Once you get the formula right comes out perfect every time.
