Savory smoked salmon matzo brei is simple. Soak matzoh for 30seconds in water and crumble. Add to a sauté pan that is heated over medium heat with some melted butter. Then add the chopped up lox aka smoked salmon, dill, pinch of sugar and salt, scrambled eggs, and softened Philadelphia cream cheese. Stir until eggs are cooked but not overdone and ingredients are well incorporated. Plate with a few touches of dill for garnish. Enjoy. #passover #matzoh #breakfast #eggs #jewish.
