Squid Ink Pasta: Mix and knead 1 cup flour + 1 egg + 2 egg yolks + 8 g squid ink. Rest at least 20 minutes and roll out in pasta machine until almost translucent. Pro-tip I learned from Lady + Pups: pinch the ends of your dough together after it is in the pasta machine so you can keep rolling it out without having to refeed it! #Italian
