I love my breakfast rice bowls in the morning. For this rice bowl place a layer of cooked jasmine rice in a bowl. Sauté julienned carrots, spinach, and sliced Baby Bella mushrooms separately in a frying pan. Slice a seedless cucumber and dice an avocado. Right before assembling the rice bowl, fry an egg. To assemble place the egg in the center of the bowl of rice. Arrange veggies around the egg. Drizzle some sesame oil, soy sauce and sriracha over everything. As a final touch, sprinkle roasted black sesame seeds.
