Farro
Cover with enough water and bring to a rapid boil. Turn off heat and let steam for 15 mins. Drain, then add 2 cups water and boil on high for 10 mins until al dente.

Green beans
Boiled in salted water for 3 mins, then placed in ice bath. Drain well and pat dry.

Cooked bacon.

Fry egg in bacon fat. Topped with Himalayan pink sea salt and pepper.
