Tahini Miso Dressing and Kale Salad—1/4 c. Tahini, 1 TBS. yellow miso, 2 TBS. rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/3 cup water, and a dash of soy. Blend it, douse some kale leaves with it and top with anything you like. #healthy #lunch #notasaddesklunch #salad
