Yumandmore's #whiteasparagus #salad mix cream, lemon juice, estragon mustard, salt & pepper, add #vegetableoil, cubed ham, sliced ramps & 2 chpped hardboiled eggs. peel wash & cut #asparagus, steam pieces at 100C 14 minutes.
