French Toast Fingers
Perfect balance of custard and crunch, and a great finger food (no pun)!
Slice day old baguette lengthwise so crust runs along the length of each piece. Blend organize eggs (use two more than you think you need), milk of choice, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of Celtic sea salt. (Lemon or orange zest optional) Soak in the fridge overnight.
