Bacon & egg pasta with greens. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add a handful of broccoli rabe and cook for about 1 minute. Remove with tongs, rinse under cool water, and roughly chop. Start your pasta in the same water. In large saucepan, sauté bacon lardons. When crispy, drain off excess oil. Add a few slivered garlic cloves and sauté briefly. Throw in a few handfuls of baby greens until wilted. Toss with broccoli and pasta. Divide into bowls and top each with a handful of grated Parmesan, a soft boiled egg, and Aleppo pepper.
