Mason Jar Oatmeal
1/2 cup of quick oats
1 tsp dried sweetener (like maple sugar)
2 tsps chia seeds
Freeze dried fruit
Maybe coconut flakes or cinnamon!
My favorite is two tablespoons of freeze dried apples with one tablespoon of raisins and a dash of cinnamon.
After putting ingredients in a wide-mouth mason jar, simply add one cup of water (or milk) and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and enjoy!
