In a food processor, add one part #oats (a large handful) to 3/4 part #coconut flakes, and pulse until combined. Add a handful of dates (or as many as needed to reach desired texture and sweetness), a small spoonful of #matcha powder, a spoonful of raw #coconutoil, and a pinch of salt. Pulse until incorporated and granola forms. Serve as is or with some milk or as a topping. Enjoy!
