Lamb Shawarma w Sumac Onions
Lamb leg cut into planks, marinated w apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, labneh, onions, coriander, cumin. Skewered and pan-seared then sliced off to serve. Onions removed from marinade and sizzled in skillet before finishing w sumac and salt. Serve w roasted peppers, pan-fried eggplants or sautéed greens.
