Ceviche for #dinner: Juice two lemons into a bowl, add about a pound of sashimi-grade chopped fish (opah in this case). Add salt and herbs/spices (grated onion, chives, garlic, shoyu, spicy peppers, etc.).

Top toasted bread with avocado, ceviche and sprouts.
