Dig out last nights leftover rice. I had cooked Indian food so my rice had peas and was fried in onion and cumin seeds before being cooked.
Fry any veg you have in sesame oil. I used carrots and mushrooms. Onions are pretty essential but I already had them in my rice. When your veg is tender add rice and heat through. Add an egg person (at least) when it's cooked add kimchi. Top with sriracha and sesame seeds.
