Linguini with clams (I use too much sauce and cheese, but oh so good!)
Soak the clams in water with 1 T cornmeal 30 min to clean them.
Cook linguine on pot of salted water.
In skillet, cook garlic sliced thin, red pepper flakes, add clams and white wine and some chicken broth. When clams opened, remove them and raise heat to reduce sauce. Add cooked linguine, swirl and plate. Top with parm reggiano. Add splash of olive oil.
