Afternoon snack or starter!
Half a red #pepper, half a yellow #pepper, handful of sweet cherry #tomatoes, 30g #feta, tbsp evoo, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, chilli flakes,salt and pepper.
Finely chop vegetables and place in a bowl along with the crushed up feta. In another dish mix together the oil, balsamic, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over the salad and enjoy. I have this as a full salad with leaves and extra vegetables or as is with a small piece of baguette for afternoon tea.
