Quick and easy sesame rice bowl: sauté veggies (green beans, zucchini, carrots, spinach) in a pan with minced ginger and garlic. Pour brown rice into a bowl and mix in a little soy sauce. Top brown rice with a soft fried egg, the veggies, and avocado. Sprinkle with sesame oil, Siracha, and green onions.
