Instant ramen doesn't need to be sad! Boil some eggs so the yolks are about medium and custard-like, then peel and marinate in soy sauce (I like to leave them marinating in the refrigerator overnight). When you go to make your ramen, add some chopped celery and carrots to the boiling water before adding the noodles. Serve with some nori, a soy egg, and whatever spices suit your fancy!
