Sauté green garlic stems in butter. Add chopped cherry tomatoes. Add salt and a pinch chile. Cook for 2 min. Add white wine. Simmer. Add scrod. Cover. Cook on low for 5 min or until done. Add evo and lots of parsley. Excellent!
