Vinaigrette:
2 limes juiced
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic cloves minced
1/2 shallot minced
1 tbls minced ginger
1 tsp honey
1 tsp fish sauce
Salt and Pepper

Salad - any kind you like or have on hand
Green beans - sauté for 3 minutes then blanch
Add pomegranate seeds, tear some mint, add avocado, sprinkle on some green onions.

Build the rest of your salad and drizzle on some Vinaigrette.
