Baked crappie w/ lentils, carrots, turnips, sweet peppers and shallots
Less than 500 cals and high in protein and fiber

1/2 cup dry lentils, cook first before adding veggies
2 carrots, chopped
2 small turnips, chopped
2-3 tbsp shallots, chopped
2 sweet peppers, chopped
Simmer veggies until tender
Drain and serve with baked fish
Season and bake fish 15-20 mins 350 degrees
